Landlord Packages
Here at KCLS we offer tailor made packages to suit individual needs. Our two most popular packages are the Full Management & Tenant Find Packages. Details of these can be found below:
Full Management Package
This package is ideally suited for prospective Landlords who would like to simply sit back and know there property is getting looked after, whist receiving a monthly income. The full Management package is designed to take away the stress and strain from letting.
Payable for the first tenancy: £159 & then £95 for each new tenancy thereafter: We will endeavour to get tenants to sign a year’s lease where possible.
Our management fee is 12% of the gross monthly rent. Management fee negotiable on multiple properties. Deducted on a monthly basis from rents collected. This fee covers the full management of your property.

Tenant Find Package
Tenant Find Costs are:
Tenant Find Only - One off Fee generally equivalent to one month’s rent
Lease Paperwork Only - £150 payable upfront
We will endeavour to get tenants to sign a year’s lease where possible.
Our fee is deducted from your first months rent, only on the provision we find tenants for you. No tenant then all you will be liable for is the internet advertising £65
