If you are experiencing a problem with something in your property, and you believe it is something you cannot deal with please call or e-mail our Maintenance Team, who will decide what needs to be done and will coordinate tradesmen
and access arrangements with you.

Please do make an effort to see if you can solve the issue, as if this were your own property. For example, we get asked to attend a lot of boilers that aren't working, and it turns out to be the pressure needed topped up via the filling loop. Remember, if you call out the engineer, and we consider the fault to be user error, you are charged for the works. If in doubt, simply call us and ask. We will be happy to assist.
